This policy explains what information SeymourIQ collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
Information you provide
When you submit the Workflow Audit or contact form, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email, company, and a description of your process — so we can respond to your inquiry.
The ROI / capacity calculator runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not collected or transmitted unless you separately choose to submit a form.
Information collected automatically
We use a privacy-conscious analytics approach to understand aggregate usage (such as which pages are visited and which calls-to-action are used). We do not send the contents of form fields to analytics.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare for a conversation.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the website.
- To protect against spam and abuse.
How information is stored
Form submissions are stored securely (for example, in a Supabase database with row-level security enabled) and are accessible only to authorized personnel. We do not sell your information.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@seymouriq.com.
