Shift 01

One field guide

Events, history, equipment, and rules live together

Shift 02

Fast retrieval

Four focused views replace scattered references

Shift 03

Ready anywhere

Installable, mobile-first, and offline-friendly

01 / Challenge

The friction hiding inside the existing process.

Schedules, lessons, equipment guidance, season history, and league rules were scattered across messages and documents. The information was hardest to find when a family was already at the field.

02 / Response

A focused system, not another layer of admin.

A mobile-first progressive web app organizes the season into Next Up, The Path, Player, and Rules, with an interface designed to remain useful on the go and when connectivity is limited.

Inside the system

The workflow, made visible.

Supporting views show how raw inputs become a usable operating layer.

Capture privacy

John Doe is a synthetic player profile, and every event, location, team detail, and schedule item is fictional. No real minor information, team branding, or browser URLs appear, and the live app is intentionally unlinked.
